Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Educherry s.r.o. · IČO 29845599 · Ovocný trh 573/12, 110 00 Praha, contact info@educherry.com, Prague, Czech Republic. This policy explains what we collect on educherry.com and why.

What data we collect

Form data you submit: work email, full name, company, your role and company size (buyers), website, training focus, schedule format and volume (providers), free-text answers, the language you used the site in, and your consent timestamp.

Technical data: a hashed IP address and user agent stored with your submission to prevent abuse, and attribution (UTM parameters and referrer of your first and your most recent visit) stored in a cookie for 30 days.

Analytics without cookies: PostHog, hosted in the EU, counts visits, where they came from and the path through the site. Until you accept cookies it keeps nothing on your device and it is configured not to store your IP address. With your consent only: Google Analytics 4 and PostHog set cookies to recognise a returning visit, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag sets marketing cookies.

Session recording: with your analytics consent, PostHog records how the page is used - mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page changes. Everything typed is masked, so form fields, your email and your name never appear in a recording. Recordings are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Why we process it

To respond to your application to the Founding Partner or Founding Provider Program, to contact you about the program, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Legal basis

Your consent (form submission and, separately, marketing cookies) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site and responding to business enquiries.

Retention

We keep application data for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to you. If you send us an application, from that moment your analytics profile carries the email address you gave us.

Recipients

Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd (EU). Email delivery: Resend Inc. Analytics: PostHog Inc. (data stored in the EU, Frankfurt). With your consent: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4), which may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Insight Tag). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@educherry.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the Czech Republic: ÚOOÚ).

Cookies

ec_attr - attribution (UTM, referrer of the first and the latest visit), 30 days, strictly for measuring where enquiries come from.

ec_consent - remembers your cookie choice, 12 months.

_ga, _ga_<id> - Google Analytics 4, 2 years - only after you allow analytics cookies.

ph_<project>_posthog - PostHog, 12 months - only after you allow analytics cookies. Before that PostHog keeps nothing on your device.

LinkedIn Insight Tag cookies (li_sugr, bcookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory and similar) - only after you accept marketing cookies.

You can withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
